0xfcef1b54 The computer turned off as a result of a power failure while I was in the game, and when I turned on the computer again and got into steam, I started getting this error. Anybody suggest a solution?

Sounds like memory issue? You said your pc had a power failure. It could be faulty RAM or HDD/SSD failure? Sorry my Turkish is 0.

hdd, ssd and ram is not a problem. I do not know the English version of the error message.
