Hello. Yesterday I logged-in to find that my 12 month Premium membership (due for renewal Feb 2027) was revoked. I’m now reduced to only three of my 80 characters with only access to 10G each. On top of that, all my long-awaited progress with timed AA’s was lost.
This is on top of buying a Royal Treasure Chest and an extra spec slot for one of my characters, that didn’t arrive in my bag after purchase.
Please help. I’m really enjoying the game but if this isn’t resolved, I’m done.
