The server went down around 3:00 PM EST US. Has not come back up.

1941 PvE-Conflict went down about an hour ago, around 9:00 pm EST US. 1516 is still down.

1516 was back, but restarted at around 5:00 am EST US and did not come back online.

EDIT, came back up at around 5:40 am EST.
