We have a hacker that’s been reported at least 10 times (everyone in my clan sent a report in, ally clans said they did as well) who is blatantly ghosting into peoples bases, blowing them up from the inside out, killing people during non raid hours when they are 100% sealed in a base with no way to be gassed. The guy is still on the server. He has multiple accounts, doonminator is one, Dmitri, and sonofanub is the others. He has meshes ALL over 40 on both exile and siptah maps. Again, nothing has been done. Now he’s mass reporting legit players and getting them suspended for land claim abuse. A HACKER REPORTING LEGIT PLAYERS because he can’t get inside certain bases. He could if he played NORMALLY and just blow in but no he wants to just be able to ghost through a few walls and get in, blow your base, dip. If he can’t do that he’s now resorting to mass reporting players. I’m sure my clan is well on their way to being reported as we are the ones constantly blowing his meshes up and finding his stashes, and he can’t manage to raid us due to our build style and thralls. This needs to be addressed. Legit players building normal PvP bases should not be punished because some loser spent money on hacks and when those hacks fail to perform, he gets his panties in a wad and reports people. Funny how he hasn’t been banned but ya’ll jumped all over suspending multiple innocent people. Our server pop is tanking because of this guy and it’s just been crickets from funcom’s end. Why am I not surprised?
Privates are no better. Minus hackers (which they still show up) you got overbearing admins with their 5billion rules, tiny build limits, favoritism, all for the server just go poof once you get set up.
Lol. Tone deaf. How does a pvp player both host amd participate? Tell me again how without being accused of using admin commands or actially doing that. And btw, also spend 150-200$ dollars, thier time backing up and adminning thier server.

Nah. I am a pvper. You can give up. But i will fight for a better officail pvp experience til they shut them down. And also, you offer very little to any thread tbh (in my opinion) so ignpre it is so i can focusbon people who do.
How is telling someone to open their own server actual self help? Maybe I don’t want to, maybe I don’t have the time to invest full time in managing a server. Just simply telling someone to stop playing isn’t self help, its just a useless comment made by someone that has clearly given up on officials, which is fine for them but its not fine for everyone else that still plays.
So @Dana we put in multiple tickets about a hacker (Dmitri) last night. That hacker called in 3 more and killed us throughout non pvp hours when he couldnt do it humself. So by 1st hour of raid tonight we will be hacker wiped for sure. If your company actually gave a damn, they would log on 1540 right before raid (East US 6 pm) and catch them in the act. But we know it will be 1 month before any action is even taken, if at all.
The support team is doing everything they can to review, investigate, and take appropriate action on reports as quickly as possible.
Our development team is also actively investigating these latest hacking reports to better understand the issues involved and identify potential improvements to strengthen the system and help prevent similar incidents in the future.

We will see:/ I know seeing a video from my clan mate from last night after raid for 30 striaght minutes getting bed spawned killed by a hacker ghosting thru walls made me more angry at the whole situation incuding the devs. Why stay on you ask? Because fcku em. And the hackers were scouting for all the chests so they can drill straight to them at raid start. So if youbhad an admin log on right now and go to priest kings on our server, they would see it first hand.
so @dana can you explain us the behavior of your customer service (in regard of what explain first msg of this thread), because sadly i can testimony also that tickets for hackers & cheaterrs are ignored, and problem on pvp server is not people building trying to defend their assets (any buiding can be destroyed on a pvp servers,per players) but problem is hackers/cheaters. it s becoming urgent to do something thx you., what happens with customer service ?
problem is customer service management, not the dev that tried for real to fix hack (and they did as not hack was working for 8 weeks after release). but if people that are supposed to read & treat tickets dont do their job and are not able to understand what is cheating and hacking and let run free hackers even if they are caught with clear video or bug base…well may be time to fix this urgently.
