Not that I’m the most well-travelled like Pelor, but I still haven’t seen any 2 skull bosses. Does anyone know their locations?

Cannibal Champion (2-skull) sometimes spawns at the Summoning Place, on the left side of the entrance, if to see from within, where the cannibal brute used to spawn.
