In an attempt to address my previous reported bug, others said that they have still have the Potion of Bestial Memory available to craft, which actually still works to reset attributes. I looked again, and it does not appear as an option for me. Either removed with 3.0 by intent or removed when the Potion of Natural Learning was consumed.
I thought to reacquire the feats, so I had consumed a stored old Flesh of Remembrance. These no longer do anything, likely due to the removal of the Midnight Alchemist feat. You may wish to remove them from the game as well.
Still waiting to hear whether a rollback of my character is possible… thx.
