The 40 accuracy perk removes all bonus damage from heavy attacks with the bow, making the highest damage per arrow possible at level 39 Accuracy. I could not get anywhere near as higher damage with 70 accuracy.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Level up Accuracy to 39 on any server or in single player.
- Shoot a target with Heavy attack, and observe solid damage.
- Level Accuracy up to 40
