Did the Zendesk 2, thanks for the advise. But to be honest was hoping for a dev reply since the bug was around September and I saw some posts about it at that time and that is why I didn´t post at that time and just waited patiently. But now I am still running around with 59 attribute points which might sound like not a big deal but I am always missing an attribute perk which can make a difference during pvp time and I don´t want to create a clan to invite someone so that I can reset to a new acc. I am a solo player and I intend to stay that way, that is also why I play pvec instead of full pvp. ---

Not entirely sure, but I think the bug itself was fixed and this only remains for certain characters that have been created around that time. (you could confirm if you created the character around Chapter 1 launch). ---

Yes, the character was created at chapter 1 release. But still want my character fixed without having to restart from 0 or creating a clan. ---
