As you have not posted any explicit bugs yet, I can’t say whether you know where to post myself. No offense, this is only a sidenote.
- The first issue (see original thread) is possibly a bug and is not in the appropriate subforum yet.
- As for the second issue, it seems you have yet to contribute to an existing thread or create a post for this issue -in the appropriate subforum-.
Also, both threads are directed at all of Funcom. Please note, unless otherwise stated, you do not need to direct threads at anyone or DM anyone with your issues or questions. Begging (e.g. titles such as “please fix”) are not recommended and will not help to fix your issues any faster.
Developers have to prioritize certain issues, as they work on a schedule - there’s only limited time before a next patch needs to be released to keep players interested in the game etc.
Please be patient. Issues reported during weekends and holidays (currently EU employees are on summer holidays; EU law) will be looked into asap.
