Online daily PvE, building a second base in another far away location, will my old base decay if I don’t return to visit for a while?
Short answer = Yes.
As I understand it, you need to come into a proximity of your builds to reset the decay timer. Simply logging into the server won’t do it.

If your old base is near an obelisk you can build a map room at your new base to travel back there and reset the decay timer. Otherwise it’s a weekly marathon.
