It has always been there, pops up now and then but lately it is filling up thrall inventory;s (Since last patch those items have “a bag” icon.)
Some kind a rogue internal CE virus that cannot be contained? No ha! just kidding ofcourse.

I think** its the placeable weapon for fists. I recall seeing these a while ago, for both left and right. I wondered if it represented the “left” and “right” fists.
