I’m trying to use the devkit but even with a fresh install KeyNavIsFocusinCC is always empty. The terrain is also upside down. It makes it impossible to test and debug mod work.

Indeed. For anyone who finds this in the future - use Shift + Esc to skip the intro after creating your character. You can rebind it if you want.
