Account banned, dunno why

Account paid for, not sure why I was banned. I already have a service ticket # [Funcom Support #1097205]. I was hoping for an answer If possible.

More than likely you were banned for violating the games Terms of Service, or harassment.

If live chat is still a thing I would go there, as you more than likely will get told to go there, or to email support, and to wait for a CM to respond.

They normally don’t handle petitions this way due to lack of privacy.

In case you just recently bought premium and then got banned: I think if there goes something wrong with one of the payment options your account ends up banned because the premium time gets revoked or something like that, the support can fix that if that is the case, however, if you violated any of the ToS rules as Amelias said, it is your own fault and the support wont revoke the ban.
