Ok i payed 1 (6.11.2018) month ago for a 3 month subscribtion via paypal the money got charged immediately.
I could play immediately till today, today you tried to charge again again for 41 euros but that failed because my paypal account was empty today.
Now i dont understand why you try to charge again after only 1 month ?
Why you froze my account only after 1 month you have the money for 3 months its already payed its gone from my bank account.
So whats going on here ???
