# Account Frozen after Trying to Add Extra In-Game Time

Even if I still have premium membership time on my account, because of a denied payment I have my account frozen, I did try to contact the Customer Service but it’s been 6 days since then and I’m still in the dark. Is there a way to get this issue sorted out?

Issue has been resolved.
