Account frozen and money taken

Ok, so further to my account being frozen due to the card attached to my account being expired. Honest mistake on my part. I made payment with a current card within the hour and the transaction was successful 27/8/20. I’ve lodged 3 tickets in the 10 days since explaining the situation, but still have not had a response!!
Now I assume that the 10 days playtime is a writeoff. Anyone else has similar issues?? @Tamtor
