Account frozen due to failed payment (another one)

i, like other here, have the frozen account problem, to me too say that the payment id failed and the site administratos is advised… but nothing moves. please help. this issue hits even my wife and her account too and i write here about it 'cause the forum don’t allow to create 2 account from the same ip address
