Account Frozen due to Failed payment new payment approved

Payment failed and resubmitted with different card pay approved account is frozen has been frozen since 4/10/21. How long does it take to correct this issue?

I have the same problem.

About 80% of new posts state this exact information.

I am hoping @AndyB can help soon since I can not work on leveling any of my other toons, nor can I buy better items because of the max gold only being 10 on my main.
