So it seems that I unable to reset my password and restore my original account from 2008. I have direct messaged AndyB. I have sent tickets. The issue is that I do not wish to lose all my preorder items,level 80 characters,gold,etc. I realize this is not the first case of this same unresolved issue. The thing is that I would like to go in 100% but I cannot find myself doing this on a new account. I would love to purchase items from the shop and give it my all but I find it difficult to do as I feel that the customer/end user experience is not top priority. Anyways, just wanted to voice my frustration. Hopefully Funcom steps up and resolves these issues that are basically costing them income. Take care.
