Activating a second account

I have two accounts. But I can only activate one of them. When I go to Managa Account I can only see 1 in the drop down.

Do your accounts have different names and email addresses? If so you’d need to log into each separate to see it.

Also are these old accounts or brand new? And if old was one on one of the now closed servers?

Many of us have multiple accounts so that’s not the problem.
