Would be cool if we could snap a fence or wall onto the stairs side top to better protect / better appearance in the buildings we create
Yes this would be really nice. It would finish off stairs in some appearance designs. Something like this?

I agree, the rails on stairs (sandstone doesn’t have them I think?) would ideally align with fences.
We’ve had this on our list and while super nice to have it’s lower priority to work in these at the moment

I imagine that there are licensing concerns, costs, liabilty, and a myriad of other legal mess that I am not really aware of. But… if someone were able to include this as an option in a mod, and then that mod author made their work available to you without license… could you incorporate it?
