Correct!

Depends the thralls and the gear. If it was 5 Berserkers lvl 3 top gear they wouldn’t have issues with undead lizards. Yet…
Where did you get this purge? I never had one, omg give me more plz, even if i ain’t going to have it anyway.

I don’t get that. What do you mean?

And empty quickly too, all you had to do was leave clan recreate clan and purge meter was zero.

This is something i read a couple times in here but never ever ever happened to anyone i know and play with. Are you sure the purge that attacked to your base was yours? People could kite purges to others bases. It was a standard “troll” in many servers.
Unfortunately the new purge didn’t avoid this troll behavior and the people who’s doing it have the nerve to feel proud about it and call their self server saviors… Omg .

The old purge system had lot of ups and downs. In the beginning the human purges were valuable because it had crafters that could make your life easy, or craft you gear no other crafter could.
This gone however, hopefully, because purge armorers were so freaking rare that could take you a year of purges to see one.
So purges became more collectible than useful for veterans and vicious for new or peaceful players.
I know a lot of people that were playing at least in two different servers just to empty their purge meter and return. When Siptah arrived they were happier because they had better reasons to play on different servers than just empty their purge meter. These people however, now really enjoy the new purge system and they became almost fanatics of it. They even do lvlX Purges.
If this mechanism be completed and gain a proper performance, more people will enjoy it. Imagine that it is pleasant even in this awkward situation.
So i definitely agree with you Aziza that the new purge has better potential than the old one and more people loved it, but your examples are not necessary either strong. Old purge left because devs had new plans, that’s all. If they decide to bring it back they will ask none of us, they’ll just do it.
