Welcome to the Forum Exile. You didn’t get your message sent to Zendesk. Evidently the send button is difficult to see when using a cell phone. You have to make yourself admin every time you log into server always been that way. On Playstation I make myself admin come out of panel and go back in have done it that way for years. Also if you are trying to admin something in and another player is scampering around in front of you kicks you out. My solution used to be haven’t done it lately, ask do you have a bedroll answer yes then kill them and you have time to finish before they get back. I am sure others here can help more. @Killerbee1

You may have to log into the Gportal app and manually reset your Admin password there. Mine has been a little goofy like that lately.
