how can i talk to the administrator? I wonder if I could increase the ping to 250 on the 1996 official server?

I don’t think you can get the settings changed on an official server. That’s what private servers are for.

There are no administrators on official server, is full on chaotic-anarchy, if you have performance issue better make an account on g-portal website and send in a ticket.
