I’m not. All I’ve done about this issue was:
- ask for rollback, even though I haven’t lost any thralls my self (through sheer luck)
- inform people about Funcom’s official replies before Funcom posted an announcement
- inform people about the reboots on the server where I play and the results of those reboots
- ask one guy who went full Karen on a customer support person (who has nothing to do with making this mistake or fixing it) to not be a dick
I don’t work for or with Funcom, and I have no influence on what they do. And I’m not defending Funcom as a company at all. I just know what it’s like when people yell at you for something you didn’t do and have no power to fix.
