I have never seen the servers roll back and I am praying this will be the first time All my thralls and the beautiful armor I made for them just poof. If no roll back, I would not be surprised sadly. Kinda glad to hear this was not my own fault.

In fact, I trully believe they are hired by Funcom - those who keep saying those shit to us who have been harmed by funcom’s incompetence since they creates this forum nonsense. If it’s not stupidity, that’s the only explanation, they are getting paid to say that our loss is not a loss and that it’s silly of us to say that.

Funcom has been making a lazy work since forever.

I’m not. All I’ve done about this issue was:

  • ask for rollback, even though I haven’t lost any thralls my self (through sheer luck)
  • inform people about Funcom’s official replies before Funcom posted an announcement
  • inform people about the reboots on the server where I play and the results of those reboots
  • ask one guy who went full Karen on a customer support person (who has nothing to do with making this mistake or fixing it) to not be a dick

I don’t work for or with Funcom, and I have no influence on what they do. And I’m not defending Funcom as a company at all. I just know what it’s like when people yell at you for something you didn’t do and have no power to fix. :man_shrugging:

I don’t believe anyone here is interested in whether or not employees are defended against unfair accusations about mistakes we don’t even know who made.

That’s a bad taste joke.
Other things were lost and the truth is we are experiencing all kinds of bugs and mistakes in Conan exiles for a long time. Playing Conan seems to be a lottery. And a very expensive one, considering time, money, efforts and what ever more.
We have seen bugs kept for months with no attention nor a single answer from the FUNCOM team. I opened other articles and sent mails before with not a single explanation, apologize or solution.
Players have invested time and money in this game, not getting a shred of consideration from the funcom team in return. The developers’ concern harems to be only with money, creating cosmetics and relegating the proper functioning of the game to the last plan. Zero concern for customer satisfaction. Bad strategy, isn’t it?
So please, I hope you are not coming here saying whats happening is nothing. It would be an outrage.
I sincerely hope they can fix it satisfactorily, because the patience and willingness to continue in this game are running out.

Reroll is succesful on my official european PVE #3033 server. All of my Followers that despawned on 2nd September arround 5:30am CEST are back.

This MUST be corrected. ROLLBACK. We are talking hundreds of hours hunting and training RARE humans and PETS…OMG i cant do it again. ROLLBACK or im gonzo. No need to tell us " we are analyzing the problem…blah blah" ya goofed…now this week i expect a fix. period. TY. Loyal exile.
