Bug Description:

All completed journeys gone, loss of items

Bug Reproduction:

Travelled by horse to eastern shore, died, still had a few items on me for some reason. Recovered corpse, some items doubled horse gone. Quit out after then reloaded in. Everything I recovered was gone, horse no longer on follower list and all journeys are completely empty.
