It is a white haired naked male crafter all of them, no matter the sex. It is the default look of the crafters, it’s normal. Growing in this game we fill chests and decorate a lot not to mention the number of thralls and pets. So sometimes you will see these naked crafters, sometimes you will float on your ceilings and or you will have some rendering issues. I don’t know if this is correct but after all this time these seem normal behavior to me

Now if this is happening and doesn’t change to normal behavior after awhile, then you really have an issue.
Ps, another opportunity to ask the default looks to be Monica Bellucci, I know I mention it a lot of times but you never know

Why you don’t report it as a bug then giving all the necessary details? It would scare a lot to see that the default never stabilize to normal.
Take the thrall out of the thrall slot on the bench.
wait a few minutes, put it back in the slot.
If that still doesn’t fix it…
