All my servers are disappearing

about a week ago two of the servers in my favorites disappeared. today I start up and my list of 12 favorites (which I had characters on 4) is down to 5. all the servers I was playing on are gone. started a new character on one of the remaining servers and it crashed and is now gone as well. wtf?

private servers? maybe they were shut down?

As @Narelle mentioned, is this happening for official server or private server?
