All my thralls are gone

I don’t know what happened, but I just logged in and I noticed all my thralls and pets have disapeared. What happened?

Check your event log.
If there is nothing in the event log, contact Zendesk

Was it a while since the last time you logged in?
Sometimes if your base reaches the “decayed state”
your thralls will vanish before the base actually dusts.

Thanks man. Yeah, my wife and I just got a baby, so I haven’t checked in as regularly as I would otherwise.

Congratulations my dear friend, wishes for a strong and healthy baby, full of happiness and joy. This IS THE GREATEST THING THIS LIFE GIVES, I can remember this day like it was yesterday, my whole world was shaking and my eyes turn in to Niagara falls. Other than that try to sleep in every chance, this is something I do not miss :rofl::rofl::rofl:. I am really happy you felt the ultimate joy my friend, best wishes again :+1:t6:.
