Allow Pillars to attach to sides of Foundation Blocks

I see this was brought up in 2018.

Simply put, I should be able to slap a pillar onto the corners of the foundation blocks like I can with walls.

Right now I’m in the process of retrofitting my northern fort by removing the foundation blocks with walls attached to them and replacing them with the floor/ceiling pieces, then extending the fence foundation pieces up to the wall. But this shouldn’t be needed…

I know UE5 can do this. I semi-play another UE5 game that allows for this.

So what possible reason could there be for ya’ll to still not have done this…

Fact it’s funny because in Dune Awakening, you can’t snap pillars to the corners of square foundations but you can to round foundation blocks. Why make this inconsistent…

most build sets have corner pillars now. The original reason was building exploits in pvp to make 1000000+ hp single foundation spaces fro stacking defense builds.

I assume that exploit was solved.

So there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to build corner-type pillars that pass along the edge of a foundation block, to the ground.
