Alt character crashing only when entering one part of map in scortched desert

Alt character crashes every time it enters the temple area, area to do khalid red quest in scortched desert.

Main can enter and run freely around the area but alt crashes “DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED”
If main has no problems it would suggest there is not an issue with computer and must be something related to either client or saved info for that character? any ideas on how to fix before trying to delete that client and reinstall it?

Had you tried Repair option? In launcher, Options > Repair Broken Data.

Thanks Jess, did not know where to find file repairs. Will give that a try
