I have an idea (perhaps not a new one but then a forgotten one at least): we have already encountered a situation when we were put into transfer with our followers stored into void until we decide to put them into world on claimed spot ground. I find this option very suitable for managing how many followers we want to present into world in various situations on daily basis. Would be nice to have a possibility to store unnecessary (for the moment) but already once placed into world followers into void the same way as was made in period of transfers. This way they would count towards total limit of followers but would not be present into world until their master calls for them again. Perhaps it would require some fee / process for storing them but anyway… As far as i remember at least Myth of Empires had its own way of keeping inactive warriors into tents and horses into stables for given period of time as “frozen”.
