An Inbox or mail to other players

I would love to see this feature so that we can keep up with our Clan members to see if they’re online and keep track of them in case they don’t live in the same home we do.

its alredy ingame, you put up and sign and Wright or use a papyrus note and plase in a box or put it on a door whit an dagger.

That won’t work. Nobody will know nor will have the time to come read it just because you slapped it there.

I guess Pippi Server Management is the next best thing BUT an inbox can be just as helpful.

That how its work in this game and worke well by experiens both whit old can members and nabor Clans. Its a surval sandbox game and easymode system dont belong to the system.

Well as we all have to play via Steam, PS4 or Xbox we can use their friend system, mail and messages.
Alternatively if you don’t want to do that then a free discord channel for your group. And discord can be set up to be used on phones, tablets and forward on messages when you aren’t ingame.
If you are wanting to leave items for specific clan members to collect when your offline then your clan can set up named chests … that all respect as deposit for named player but not removed by anyone else.

Ah damn Kwalya has a good point.

This is how it’s supposed to be utilised, I wager. However, I think that perhaps roleplayers mainly use this approach. Others use other methods.

I would just use Pippi and Discord to be honest. Throwing up a wooden sign ain’t gonna work cuz nobody’s gonna pay attention nor be in the area.

Maybe give a bird (i.e.a Hawk or eagle) a scroll with whatever message you want to send to said player. Creative way to send/receive messages, and perhaps this could be extended to NPCs as well, (like getting an exclusive offers or quests from NPCs)

Some kind of mail to message people regardless of their online status would be nice. Not limited to in-clan.

And “delivery boxes” would be nice too. Some kind of box needing to be crafted where anyone can place items. Would require you to make the trip in order to drop something in. But it would be a nice element. Imagine finding a note with the thrall you left in a wheel you forgot to check before it decays. Or a note accompanied with a severed head …

No need to ad more, we alredy have what we need, online and via steam offline.

Nothing online for consoles players. No steam too.

online you have, several wayes to deliver text!

How can they miss it when you put the note on the players fromt door or in front off it?

Pippi mod, Discord, Steam, teamspeak, the forums PM…don’t need more to have to keep up with.

Probably because we aren’t barbarians in real life, but using physical notes to communicate would have been a “very advanced” method of communication within the game environment lol.

Chapman/Colporteur thralls !

A Courier thrall? Excellent idea! That sounds fun and some endless possible uses, lol.
