I have an outdoor tavern near a Black Corsair camp on Siptah. Whenever a purchased and abandoned tavern patron is found, a few Black Corsairs are knocked out and left neat that NPC, while I want within view. They eventually wake up and clear out the unwanted patron.
I had this happen. I think it eventually disappeared due to thrall decay timers being turned back on. Very annoying though. There should be some sort of timer for leaving a thrall in someone else’s bases.
In that case I’d suggest trying @RedLynx23’s suggestion - drag in some hostile enemies and leave them lying around the one you want gone (get your own thralls out of the immediate area first), then wait around close by until they wake up - they should attack the unwanted npc for you. (Provided you stay in the area - same as the way if one of your followers was somehwere near an enemy spawn they’d be at risk of being attacked if another player was nearby.)
The way this has been achieved is that cage thralls and tavern thralls count as ‘on guard’ at the point that you initially take ownership of them - so either they took the thrall home and forgot to place him on guard there (just told him to stop following instead) and he went into scouting mode and returned to the last place he was on guard (ie the only place he had ever been on guard - your tavern), or they did it deliberately to troll.
You’re a mad genius! I’ve got a couple of stray Thralls on my landclaim some years ago and no mobs in the vicinity. Never thought of bringing unconsious Thralls to get rid of them.
