The button to generate the report is broken, you’ll have to redo it and copy/paste the info unfortunately.

Dude, it’s been since 2022 that it’s been broken.

They also never acknowledged what I said or made ANY moves to fix/improve.

@Community this bug report is a PERFECT example of the impact the lack of clear instruction and a broken element creates lack of data to assist YOU and frustrates US.

Bug Description:

ancestral knowledge locked. I paid money in the bazzar for these items and now cannot unlock them with feat points even though I PAID for them.

Actually it says to copy it first and paste it into the new topic. That being said, it states that AFTER the submit button. :roll_eyes: That’s why it’s not submitted right so often.

This is gonna sound obvious, but the number one issue with anything from the bazaar, battle pass, etc. is that it requires a proper connection to the Funcom servers where all the data is held (different from the server you play on). More often than not, this may require you to either wait a good little while or restart. Did you try restarting? I’m assuming you did because you most likely wouldn’t jump straight to submitting a report without checking. Just wanted to know first. I play on PS5 as well and this is a pretty common issue. In fact, I’m fairly certain it’s not just on PlayStation, but is actually across all platforms.

First it says copy, then with a big button to generate the report, then it creates a new post and tells you that your information is below but then again tells you to copy.

It’s a convoluted, extremely and unnecessarily confusing process that I covered in my post.

For not so tech savvy or ESL or other languages, this can be an exercise in futility.

So ya, he both did and didn’t follow the instructions. Because it tells you 2 different things.

Agreed. I had to walk through a few people just to do it correctly as I did the same thing when I first did it. :unamused:

Hmm… that’s a bummer. Sounds like it might be an isolated issue as I haven’t heard that come up then. You may wanna submit a report within the game as well. Select ā€œpurchasesā€ as the issue.

What I am getting so bloody fed up about us not only has this been occurring for 2 years, it has been pointed out multiple times AND that they keep closing posts and telling people to use the proper process!

Like wtf is wrong with these people? They created this problem and it involves a simple solution.

I bought these items in the bazzarr and they are locked in the knowledge tab, I cannot use feat points to unlock them and need to know why items I have paid money for is not available to me.
