This is gonna sound obvious, but the number one issue with anything from the bazaar, battle pass, etc. is that it requires a proper connection to the Funcom servers where all the data is held (different from the server you play on). More often than not, this may require you to either wait a good little while or restart. Did you try restarting? I’m assuming you did because you most likely wouldn’t jump straight to submitting a report without checking. Just wanted to know first. I play on PS5 as well and this is a pretty common issue. In fact, I’m fairly certain it’s not just on PlayStation, but is actually across all platforms.
