Ancestral Knowledge can't be claimed on a specific private Server

Bug Description:

Ancestral Knowledge can’t be claimed, even though it shows with 0 cost. Automatically claimed on other private and official servers.

Bug Reproduction:

Go to Ancenstral Knowledge tab and try to learn one of the unlocked Battle Pass knowledges

Server restart maybe needed…if that hasnt happened.

It’s not my server, but a random one I found, that is running for 900+ (years, days, not sure what that number stands for) and noone else is playing on it right now, but only a friend and me. But the server restarts 3 times a day, so I guess that shouldn’t be the issue.

here is another randomly picked Isle of Siptah private server

and this is the mentioned private server I’m currently playing on, with the issues.

And clicking on those items to learn for 0 pts, doesn’t do anything.

Oh maybe it’s worth mentioning, my friend also has the same issue on that server with his Ancestral Knowledge, so it has to be something with the server, I believe. Question is, if there is a way to fix it, if I’m not the admin of the server and not knowing the admin.
