Because the potion is called Infused Aloe Extract? 
Yeah the naming of some items vs feats, etc. is kinda questionable in some things.
The one that bugs me the most are the Stable Wedge Foundations which are simply listed “Wedge Foundation” and “Hay-Covered Stable Foundation” in the crafting menu for the two different ones. Makes it very frustrating to find when searching on keywords like “wedge” or “stable”.
