I just wanted to suggest that it would be a really helpful to join test live as early as possible. To discover any possible bugs or issues prior to release. I noticed that that the last couple of patches didn’t have a lot of time on testlive before release, so giving testers more time will improve the quality of the final update. @Ignasi
While I agree some past Testlive patches weren’t on test live very long, 2.2 was on there for over a month and updated 3 additional times.
So if you feel a month or a month and a half isn’t long enough, what would be?
6 weeks I believe gives more leeway for additional testers, remember that not everyone is home at certain dates. But once there is a standard for all patches then it would be easier to test content. For example, I wasn’t able to test 2.2 since I wasn’t home and the patch before I believe wasn’t even on testlive for long. So the inconsistency makes it harder to keep track of new updates and how long we can test them. I also know that some updates might not need so much testing, specially if they are very small.
