How should it work? When the server restarts, everyone is thrown from the server.
Or can it be completely deactivated?

And if someone does something like that, then you can’t count it as PLAYING TIME.

I know, compared to the rest of the teasers this one lacks of impact, as it is something almost identical to an already existing monster, but in many mmorpgs, stronger or higher level monsters might just be some reskins of lower level ones, they may be using the same formula.
What matters is that we are getting new enemies to fight :^), how many, that’s still a question.

After more than 2 years of playing, I was hoping to meet new opponents.

I’m sorry to say that, but animal companions are just garbage.
They cannot wear armor or weapons.

That makes them very weak.

Did you know glass panes where shown in early drawings?

Perhaps they still are, can’t remember where it was, it was a default image used in the game.

edit, it was in the top header image of the old dev tracker, not there anymore, cant find the old image.

It was likely a fan-made screenshot with modded content. I don’t know of any concept art with windows (I have all the concept art links in one place, but most isn’t uploaded to the wiki). They could have appeared very early on somewhere, but I assume I’d have noticed them by now if that’s the case.
