Any mods for capping character's levels?

Do anyone know of any mods that we can use to cap character levels? We added a map to our cluster not knowing the creator increased the level cap to 120. Our cluster needs to cap to 60.

If not a mod, and .ini file tweaks my PC inclined wife can use to cap it?

Made a mod to do it but it will take till ch.3 goes live to upload.
