I believe they are. But that comes from my experience, not any hard evidence.

Any way (in solo) to see the actual values ? They should be somewhere in the data files, if we can read them.

I can second that experience. You could test by checking what the default value is, by default update time is 60 minutes.

As far as the link, I’ve read it thoroughly, especially since spending a significant part of my free time (I have a lot ) updating portions of the Wiki.
