6C at the Watchtower camp you can find the blood sickle. You have to search for all the camps, and there are many.
You can also find the helm for the new set at 6E at The Pit camp.

This is all I could find. From these locations you can get the complete black blood tool set and the complete new armor set + some neat legendary weapons.

in the patch note is it stated that siptah vendors should sell it’s tools?? .
these are tools exclusive to the exile map
They were not exclusive to El map. These tools could be farmed from Siptah even before the patch defeating the jhil boss above the judge! The game seems to become less grinding and push everyone to farm goodies with their weapons I guess… It was about time . I am thinking of creating a male toon and naming him Gerald, since witch hunting will be my new meta
