6C at the Watchtower camp you can find the blood sickle. You have to search for all the camps, and there are many.
You can also find the helm for the new set at 6E at The Pit camp.

They were not exclusive to El map. These tools could be farmed from Siptah even before the patch defeating the jhil boss above the judge! The game seems to become less grinding and push everyone to farm goodies with their weapons I guess… It was about time . I am thinking of creating a male toon and naming him Gerald, since witch hunting will be my new meta .
