AoW chapter2 When will it be fixed?

Hello, I am looking for a translation app. I am using a translation app. I am a Japanese beginner player.
I am having a very hard time since AoW chapter2. The official server I am using is in a strange state from 3pm. In other words, I can’t play properly when I come back from school or work!

My followers don’t follow me, they don’t join me in battle. You can’t even deploy followers.
I bought a battle pass, but I can’t even challenge myself!

All I can do is collect stones and wood and build by myself! Is this the kind of game this is? When will it be fixed?

@las_color . If I understand correctly you’re playing on a different version of the game. I am in the US playing on official and private servers. @Treeyou_anyone plays on Japanese version and may have some suggestions or information. I think that they are planning a hot fix for today turned on Playstation a few minutes ago no update yet 7 am server reset is around 8 am
Best of luck to you Out of curiosity I logged into 3055 could not find a water bottle on the way in. Newbie river is not over built like US server’s are witch is nice. Then went to recreate character and restarted ps5 did not need to leave another Exile on the server

Even after the September 28, 2023 hotfix, lag is still occurring on both official and private servers. PS version, regardless of server or game mode This tends to get worse as time passes since the server was reset or since login. Symptoms occur when the lag is severe as you go down. Also, the direct cause is unknown (cannot be investigated by the user)

It is unknown if it was fixed in the October 5, 2023 patch.

I have not logged in since patch finally downloaded. Thought you would be more knowledgeable than anyone I know to give a explanation my Friend .I understand logged into a Japanese server for me doesn’t prove anything because I am still playing my version of the game. It was nice to see the river area not over built by spam like US server’s foundations across every where .
