Does anybody have this item in game ? Is this picture what it actually looks like or does it look different?

Wanting it for a piticular set for my HoX but the picture does not match the rest of the set

Is that the hox peice that drops in pillars of heaven though ???

Because the rest of the set for the HoX looks exactly like the like the ToS thaumaturge set …was hoping the head looks like this in game and it’s a picture error on AoC is better than tv
