I think the merge isn’t necessary, even then, will it just be one big map now? I just don’t want to lose everything or have to try and cart it for ages to a new spot because I’m now overincumbered…
the merge was necessary because the isle of siptah servers are disapearing , the siptah map is being integrated fully into the exiles land map in UE5 , so no more siptah servers after the update , just exiles land that will have both maps , hence the merge prior to that so that people that are on a siptah server can still play their character after the update , if you didn’t prepare at all and just discovered it now then yes you will loose a lot of stuff , but will also keep whatever is safe ( so all in your inventory and thralls/pets/mounts … the rest though you can say bye bye )

if you missed the last 2 weeks on the forum, just read through the posts or better yet, read the patch notes. Now you are a bit late to the party
there’s the beast of burden perk that lets you move unlimited carry weight, 200 slots. pretty usefull. then you can get the authority perk for two camel thralls at once. and then get a camel mount. that will be 280 slots of items you can move at once, not counting your armor you can wear and your hotbar. - the siptah map will be reachable thru some means of teleporting. they will still be seperate. think of it like server transferring between two linked server one exiled and one siptah but its super fast and no cooldown just a 20 secound load screen.
the downside is the siptah server merging loses all it’s buildings in the merger :\ they said it’s becasue the coordinates to warp the builds over like they are doing on exiled don’t line up anymore in unreal engine 5 since the maps are built in a grid system in the engine but i think they could of found a way to just manually re-align it within the new server location. once they do it once they can apply it to all. save all the buildings in every server

Well, if the servers will be merged, I will just move back to the Exiled Lands in the winter biome and start over there with what little stuff I have left.
That’s demoralizing, even if I could have prepared, that’s way more materials than I could carry or place on pets/thralls with my currently unlocked skills and stuff.
I’m sure you’ll come back to the server, at least to try out the new things.
But mine (1023) is gone since 29th of April… so does it come back?
