Are Battle Pass recipes shared between all characters on my account?

I have a question about the battle pass.

If I complete all or some of the battle pass challenges, will the recipes be available on all my characters from different servers and single player? And If I create a new char will they be already available to him?

They should be accessible anywhere on your account. The only exception being the one time claim, free items such as potions and illusion items.
