I’ve never done much with sorcery, but I did check it out when it was first released. I remember the pages being somewhat rare. But now they seem to be extremely rare.
Did they lower the drop chance? Or am I just having a run of bad luck?
Pretty much everywhere there is a sorcerer you can find a sorcerous spell page ready to pick up, you can within a few hours have enough of those pages needed for learning all spells, the other resources required may take a bit more time.
These spell pages are however on a bit longer respawn timer, but in all my restarts on a new server, I have never had a problem getting enough of those pages

yes, they are now a rarer drop! But still you can get them from dead sorcerers (their bags) and laying across some of their altars.
Not for me. I’m tripping over them. I get several after each NPC camp. I’ve got enough to fill a toilet paper factory.
Capture a level 3 or 4 sorcerer and kill the others. Yull get plenty of failed pages that you can then make into useable ones. The T3/T4 can also craft pages.
For some reason the bags mostly contain regular notes in bulk which is pretty useless. I wish they’d role that back to what it used to be.
I was very lucky that someone I know on Siptah had an abundance.
I couldn’t find them on bodies, in regular spawn spots, in the caches they drop, et cetera.
